The Boathouse:
"The Boathouse features an industrial-chic ambiance with a capacity of up to 500 guests (350 seated). Its high ceilings, abundant natural light, and expansive layout make it ideal for large conferences, product launches, and gala dinners. With three 14' x 12' garage doors leading to a 1,200 sq. ft. riverfront deck, it offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor space."

The Wilder Gallery:
"The Wilder Gallery accommodates up to 175 guests (125 seated) and provides a sophisticated setting for seminars, workshops, and networking events. Its open layout and elegant charm make it a favorite for midsize gatherings."

The Armstrong Gallery:
"The Armstrong Gallery, with a capacity of up to 125 guests (80 seated), offers an intimate atmosphere, perfect for board meetings, training sessions, or private dinners. This space is ideal for smaller corporate functions that require a professional yet welcoming environment."
