The Boathouse is one of Connecticut’s most versatile event venues, most commonly hosting corporate and social events of 125–200 guests while comfortably scaling for larger gatherings. It has a seated dinner capacity of up to 350 guests and cocktail-style, non-formal events for up to 500.

This warehouse building carries a rustic industrial feel with its 27′ peak and three large 14′ garage bay doors that open onto a 1,200 sq ft deck overlooking the Pequonnock River estuary in the Washington Park Historic District on Bridgeport’s East Side creating an energetic, well-proportioned atmosphere for mid-size events without feeling oversized.

Located in Bridgeport’s historic waterfront district, The Boathouse at The Knowlton is easily accessible from I-95 and just minutes from Fairfield, Westport, and Stamford.
