Yes — we offer full AV, lighting, and production support via our in-house event company, Nicholson Events. Whether it’s a corporate presentation or Video Wall, Monitors, Staging DJs, lighting, we’ve got you covered.

We can host events of various sizes — from intimate 50-person gatherings to large-scale events up to 500 guests in the boathouse. We can accommodate close to 850+ guests across our three spaces.

We have up to 200 secure, private parking spaces on-site — no shuttles or street parking needed.

Yes, with some exceptions. The Knowlton allows you to select most of your own vendors, including caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, DJs, bands, and entertainment providers. However, we do have exclusive providers for certain services:

Exclusive Lighting and Video Production: Nicholson Events is the exclusive provider for all lighting and video production services, including:

Projectors and screens

Video walls

Image magnification (IMAG)

Uplighting

Custom lighting designs

While you're welcome to bring in your own DJs, bands, and entertainment, any lighting or video equipment these vendors require must be provided through Nicholson Events.

Exclusive Alcohol Service: Knowlton Events LLC is the exclusive provider of all bar and alcohol services. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Vendor Requirements:

All vendors must complete our online vendor registration form and submit proof of insurance at least 14 days before your event

Vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance (minimum $1M per occurrence/$2M aggregate)

Vendors must comply with all venue policies
