Fashion photographer, master barber and working DJ, running Davinci Studios for over a decade.
Ivan Lopez, known as INK, is the owner and creative director of Davinci Studios, the photography studio he has run at The Knowlton for more than ten years. His own specialism is fashion photography and elegant affairs.
The studio shoots models and editorial, portraits and corporate headshots, maternity and child, graduation, birthdays and nightlife, and rents the space to other photographers. Ivan also works as a licensed master barber with over twenty years behind the chair, and has been a professional DJ since 2009, playing clubs across Connecticut and New York City alongside weddings, sweet sixteens, proms and corporate events.
His work appeared on the cover of Connecticut Magazine in February 2021, and in 2023 he was named one of the 100 Men of Color for Connecticut, recognized by the Governor for his influence and contribution to the community.
