Studios & Offices

Studios and offices in a waterfront mill.

The Armstrong Manufacturing Building on the Pequonnock River, built out for the work you actually do: 14-foot ceilings and exposed brick for artists, lockable offices with 24/7 access for businesses. Minutes from Westport, Fairfield and the Merritt Parkway.

Inside the Building

Daylight, brick and river windows.

Every space is in the original Armstrong Manufacturing mill, so no two are identical. These are real rooms in the building, not renderings.

The Building

An 1865 mill that still works for a living.

Fourteen-foot ceilings, arched windows and hardwood that predates every office park on the Post Road. The Armstrong Manufacturing Company built carriages and, in 1896, the Armstrong Phaeton here. The building has been making things ever since.

Your Neighbors

You would be in good company.

Painters, illustrators, a theater company, an SFX artist, photographers, a film and television production company, IT consultants, PR and marketing firms. The building runs artist showcases and gallery nights, so tenants get an audience as well as a room.
