The Knowlton Art Studios
The Knowlton offers a variety of artist studios for rent in the historic Armstrong Manufacturing Building on The Pequonnock River . Each studio offers unique qualities of the historically rich structure — some with river views — and all with quintessential charm and exceptional light. The Interior of the building Artists Studios having exposed brick, original hardwood floors, high ceilings and other notable architectural details that permeate each floor of this unique property.

The building is 3 stories high, including the ground floor. There is no elevator at the building. Studios range from 250 – 650 square feet. All studios have 14’ ceilings and at least two or more very tall windows.
Each unit has its own heat and AC unit. All utilities, including basic wifi, are included in the rent. There is plenty of free parking on the grounds of our secure building.
